If I purchase at one center, can I take delivery at another center ?

Yes, subject to product availability.

How to become a Member ?
Ans:
In order to become a member in SVBC GOLD, approach your nearest branch office with your KYC documents.
Only Photostat copies of the below mentioned documents, attested by an authorized person with an office seal are required, to fill the KYC form.
I. PROPRIETOR
  • GST license.
  • PAN card.
  • Aadhar card / Letter / Voter ID / Passport / Driving license / Ration card (Residence Address Proof).
  • Telephone / Mobile bill / Municipal pass book / License issued by the municipal authorities under Shop & Establishment Act / Rent Agreement (Shop Address Proof).
  • Latest bank account statement and a cancelled cheque.
  • Delivery Authorization.
II. COMPANIES
  • GST license.
  • PAN card (Company).
  • Telephone bill / Rental agreement (Proof of principal place of business, mailing address of the company).
  • Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum & Articles of Association.
  • All Directors Proofs - Pan, Aadhar card / Letter / Voter ID / Passport / Driving license / Ration Card.
  • Latest bank account statement and a cancelled cheque.
  • Resolution of the board of directors to open an account and identification of those who have authority to operate the account.
  • Power of attorney (PoA) granted to its managers, officers or employees to transact business on its behalf.
  • Delivery Authorization.
III. PARTNERSHIP FIRMS
  • GST license.
  • PAN card (Firm).
  • Telephone bill in the name of Firm / Partners / Rental Agreement (Office Address Proof).
  • All Partners Proofs - Pan, Aadhar card / Letter / Voter ID / Passport / Driving license / Ration Card.
  • Latest bank account statement and a cancelled cheque .
  • Firm registration certificate (if registered).
  • Partnership deed(s).
  • Power of attorney (PoA) granted to a partner or an employee(s) of the firm to transact business on its behalf.
  • Delivery Authorization.

What are the benefits of a Member ?
Ans:
i) A member can make an online booking by entering the user name and password.
ii) A member is informed about the gold/silver price by just making a phone call.
iii) A member can place an order for a specified rate. If the market hits the rate as specified by the member during     the business hours in a day, the order gets executed, otherwise it gets cancelled automatically. The order can     be placed or cancelled online or over phone.
iv) A member has to take the delivery of the executed order on the trading day or within the next three days i.e.,     trading day + three calendar days.

Can I sell a gold or silver bar to SVBC GOLD ?

Can I make cheque payments ?
Ans:
Yes, cheque payments can be done, subject to their realization.

How can I make payments through online transfer ?
Ans:
You can transfer money to our SVBC GOLD account through
i) Account transfer.
ii) RTGS(Real Time Gross Settlement).
iii) GRPT(Group Transfer).
iv) NEFT(National Electronic Fund Transfer).
